Our Manufacturing Strengths :-
This facility
is located at the Taloja Industrial Estate & is dedicated
to manufacturing bulk drugs & fine chemicals. This facility
is on a 2500 Sq. Metre plot, with a 6000 Sq.Ft. built up
working area. Our total S.S. Reactor capacity is 8000 litres
with matching Centrifuges, Filters, Scrubbers, Dryers, Pulverisers,
Steam & Chilling plant.
We also have an in-house, well equipped lab for Q.C., R&D
and other analysis work, this is manned by 3 very experienced
chemists.
We also have lease arrangements with 2 other factories,
within a 30-60 kms radius, for the use of approx. 6000 litre
Glass Lined Reactor and another 8000 litre S.S. Reactor,
alongwith matching facilities.
Our Marketing Strengths :-
We have over a
period of time developed good marketing tie ups with many
buying houses & stockists, spread all over Europe. We
have now expanded our reach to other countries such as Brazil,
South Africa & U.K . We update all our buyers all over
the world with complete information about the progress &
introduction of all our new products. We also work in conjunction
with them & their inputs. Our new product line up also
keeps their recommendations in mind.
Our Quality Controls :-
We have a full
fledged In-House Q.C. Lab for all our products, which integrates
with our manufacturing process at every step to implement
all quality norms step by step.
Further we also have a tie up with 2 external internationally
known Inspection labs:
1. SGS
2. Raptakos Labs
We also have all the facility for 3rd Party Neutral inspection
for all export products. Our inspection / sampling for export
products is 100%.
Our final aim is to deliver the good to the buyer with the
best quality good through our extensive quality controls
& experienced team. We also follow all the new CGMP
in our product manufacturing & also Q.C.
